EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

- Commercial Invoice:
It shall state required data in accordance with General Resolution AFIP 1415/2003.
Importer's Information: Name and Surname(s), Registered (Business) Name, Commercial Address, TaxPayer Identification Number issued by the treasury of the country where domiciled/resident/established, or if applicable C.U.I.T (Unique Code for TaxPaying Identification). The expression "EXEMPT FROM VAT - EXPORT OPERATION" ("IVA EXENTO OPERACIÓN DE EXPORTACIÓN") must be inserted in the body of the invoice. A description of the items which goods sold and services rendered can be identified from. Unit Value and Total Amount. In the case of foreign currency transactions, the exchange rate shall be specified in the receipt to be issued.

- Packing List:
It shall contain a clear specification of content of each package, gross net weight and measurement. This will prove useful at the moment of verification.

- Other official bodies' documents:
SENASA, INAL, ANMAT, Industry Ministry, etc.

- Importer / Exporter's Additional Documentation:
Certificate of Origin, CRT, AWB (AirWay Bill), B/L (Bill of Lading).


IMPORT DOCUMENTATION

- Commercial Invoice:
It shall state required data in accordance with General Resolution AFIP 1415/2003.
It shall be written in Spanish or English. It must specify country of origin, quantity shipped, unit price, total amount, sales conditions, currency.

- Packing List:
It shall contain a clear specification of the content of each package, gross net weight and measurement. This will prove useful at the moment of checking.

BILL OF LADING (B/L), AirWay Bill (AWB), CRT

- Certificate of Origin:
As appropriate, it shall contain required data in accordance with MEOySP 763/96. Country of origin shall be specified in the Certificate of Origin as well as marking on packages ("Made in"/ "Hecho en") - Law 22802.

- Other official bodies' documents:
SENASA, INAL, ANMAT, Industry Ministry, etc.
Note that in accordance with Dec. 4531/65, when import items are resold, the invoice shall include serial number of shipment, year, and Customs through which the goods were introduced.
